A deposit of $100 or the cost of the service will be collected at the time of booking for all cosmetic appointments which shall be applied toward your services upon completion. 

Consultation Appointments

A deposit of $100 will be collected at the time of booking for all consultation appointments which shall be applied toward your service if purchased on the date of the consultation. Otherwise, the deposit will pay for the consultation appointment.

Refunds

Sparkle purchases are not eligible for refunds or transfers. Any funds for cosmetic appointments, including package purchases, will expire 1 year from the date of purchase.

If an appointment is not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit shall be applied to $100 no show fee. If services were prepaid, $100 no show fee shall be deducted from funds on account. This amount will need to be replenished before appointment can be rescheduled.
